too quiet/friendly "yes" man for me, need somebody with a firm voice who will get more out of the players.time to ditch the so called pretty football and get snapping around the opponents when they have the ball. jimmy bullard sort of player would be ideal, never giving opponents any time on ball. martin o,neill doing nothing??
