They haven't won it in the past because they haven't been good enough full stop.
Does anyone really believe they would go as far as nobbling City to stop them winning it?
They may have people there with their snouts in the trough like you get in most organisations were money and power is abound but if any club really thought they would go to those lengths they should snub the competition to start with!!!
