That does it. There are two lots of people getting money from this: Wigan Council, who will probably use it to build another lovely shopping centre that nobody wants; and the Aintree (AINTREE!!!) Racing Drivers School, which no amount of boundary-flexing can bring into any area that might even loosely be called Wigan and district.

That information certainly makes it much easier to bear all the weekends and Bank Holidays ruined by the racket.

Can't Tonker and his overgrown schoolboy biker chums all just stay at home and make bbrrrmmm brrrmmm noises in the comfort of their own padded cells?
