I agree. I would say Waterfields pies have never been made in Wigan and I'd swear they don't even have a shop in Wigan anymore.

However, most people on here (an' t'uther channel) would disagree, as they think everywhere under Wigan Council authority is 'IN Wigan'. Therefore, using your average Wiganer's theory, Bedford, Leigh, is just as much 'IN Wigan' as Pemberton is. Their factory even has a WN postcode!
