Anyone know the name of the Doctor who had practice at corner of Cansfield gr and Old Road?

We lived in the house, some time after it had ceased to be a surgery. It once had two front doors, one of which gave access exclusively to the surgery. The now superfluous front door was removed, and the portal bricked up by my dad. You can still discern this, as the bricks do not match.

Strangely, there was no electrical power supply to the portion of the house which had been the surgery. I do not know if it had been removed, or if there never had been any. There were no traces of former existence of any such.
