Lesley, sorry for the late reply but I'm not on here very often. When you do the dna testing you get the results through the site. In my case I didn't get info on relatives but a lot matches in the US. It is still relatively new so the site itself is still modifying as much as they can. Didn't really get me much further than a suspicion as to the origins of my grandfather and the notion that the surname given to my dad would not have been his real surname.
