Would anyone happen to know when St Patick's school first opened and how it was organised - single sex classes or coeducation? I am asking for someone on the other site. I attended the school myself in the late fifties and I know what it was like then, but I believe the first junior mixed class was in 1956. Had the school had single sex classes from its opening until 1956? Perhaps some of the older members on here know what it was like in the 1940s or 1930s even.

Thanks!
Linda
