Hi Caroline/ Patsy

It will give me great pleasure in arranging a visit to greenfields, I am not mobile at the moment and will not be able to drive for the next six weeks due to an ankle operation and having to wear a surgical boot. I will get in touch when I am fully mobile.

Look forward to seeing you and I hope the visit will bring back some happy memories for you.

I was in Mr Beesley's class for two years. Polly Liptrot taught the infants and Mr Miller taught the second to top class, Teresa Jennings was my girlfriend after leaving Greenfield she lived with her aunt at Corperation St, Poolstock, Wigan. I believe she emigrated to Australia. I remember John Mcconville and Joey Melvin, reported to be the best looking lad at that time also going to Hoylake sleeping in the church hall and the good sisters sleeping on the stage.

Regards.

Brian.
