I honestly dont know if they are related or not,just saw the middle names and surname Knowles and it seemed coincidental. I had put in the name Phyllis Knowles no place name or guess at age on ancestry.co.uk and up they all popped. Sorry Im not more helpful. Perhaps a copy of their parents marriage certificate would shed more light.
