The lowest face that I knew at Golborne was H.12. in the Higher Florida seam. We had to use special short shovels as it was too low to use a normal shovel, about a metre high at most. I can't remember if the cutter was a trepanner or a shearer, I didn't work on there regularly, but I think the powered supports were made by Dowty and not Gullicks. Chris Southworth will know.
