Ste - how did you remember a Pickrose haulage engine ????. Nice one... however, regarding "lashing on" did you ever master the technique of it?? only joking... Reverting back to the "Jack Bit" did you see the full plates that Parky took home??? not mentioning the pies he had in his pocket. It was a sad occassion but it was great to see and speak to the lads, even though I knew their faces I still needed to ask them their names, not to worry as I was was called John, Frank, Bill and few others as the day went on. Great day and a good turn out.
