Places   (Help with places, streets and buildings in Wigan.)

I worked with Frank Keenan for many years until his retirement.Frank had served in the Royal Navy prior to joining the railway and could he tell some tales. A great bloke to work with never a dull moment or a cross word. He had a brother called Jim who worked for J. Strange slaughter house. I heard that frank passed away about 10yrs ago but not sure about it.
