Places   (Help with places, streets and buildings in Wigan.)

It's only the 'local government' (council) that's changed, Frances.
Downall Green is still Downall Green, and it's still part of Ashton in Makerfield regardless of who empties the bins!

That said, it's nothing to do with Wigan, and never has been!
