Places   (Help with places, streets and buildings in Wigan.)

They had a son Henry born 1860, and he doesn't appear on the 1871 census , it maybe that a mistake as been made and the fathers name entered in error??? Their next child born 1864 was William Henry, probably named after the two deceased??
