Places   (Help with places, streets and buildings in Wigan.)

I would love to see photos of those times. People didn't really take photos back then. There are a few of Bickershaw Festival - I think I saw myself on one... in the distance. But most hippies looked like me back then!!!
Custer is still knocking about and I occasionally bump into him. He started a Fantastic Film Society back in the early 70s and apparently it's still going. The last time I saw Toshack was at the Arthur Brown gig at 'The Mill at The Pier'... quite a while back.
Sadly (or not) a lot of the old crowd have died; some due to getting into heavy drugs.
The landlord of the Market (Colin Cook) always called everyone sir, regardless of if they were a businessman or Irish Navy (the latter frequented the pub every Friday night). Nice blokes.
