Places   (Help with places, streets and buildings in Wigan.)

Bri you will remember the allotment that jack Prescott worked on for years, there was a fish pond on there and jack also had veg growing on the land, it's same property that Kevin has now,was that owned by blue bell or was it leased by someone else.
