Places   (Help with places, streets and buildings in Wigan.)

Back in the 1940's, when they started building the Downall Green Estate, all the people in Rectory Road had notices in their front windows ........
"Say NO to Downall Green Development" and
"Hands Off Our Greenbelt"!
