Places   (Help with places, streets and buildings in Wigan.)

Talking about shaving Dougie, when my wif's dad died, and we cleared his place in St.Annes out, there was box upon box of
"Bob Norburn Shaving Cream". There must've been a thousand jars of it, with a big wad of labels ready to be stuck on the jars.
I didn't think anything of it and simply left it there, along with most of the other stuff. Now I find it sells for over £18 for 100ml!
