Places   (Help with places, streets and buildings in Wigan.)

Not Downall Green, but Garswood, so close enough..I heard the other day,that Garswood Labour club had sold some of it's land in back of the club to Gypsies, so the Gypsies could have a permanent location.... Does anyone know anything about this?
