Sorry trixie did not mean to miss inform anyone but the land has not been purchased by a builder, it's actually been bought by a young local lad who apparently has his own plans for the place, referring to your last post Bri i am not convinced anyone will see any monies will the brewery and creditors not consume it as the club was in debt.
