The clough was where Jack slaters dad had a pen at the back of slaters pen on the hill,then when followed the brook at the side of the grave yard that was known as the dell,then when you got to the cottages wher Jimmy Ormshaw and maud lived it was called the dam,then under the bridge going into the yard what Ryders had then was took over by Sharples and we knew it as sharples pen.then you go into the bluebell wood upto the railway.
