Places   (Help with places, streets and buildings in Wigan.)

as you know dav by being on the commitee that honourary members were free , but they started to charge a £10 for the privilage . needless to say they did,nt pay & lost their membership as a result . what,s that telling you about the regime at n.a.v.c. ? .
