Places   (Help with places, streets and buildings in Wigan.)

Unfortunately if the Council find his daughter then they can pressurise her into paying the funeral costs even though she may of not seen him for years and may not be able to pay for the funerallet her grieve and get on with her life and let the council bury him.Sad times indeed.
