Thank you so much Eric... Is it possible for you to find out where on Rectory Rd Mary's parents, Thomas and Mary Barton lived.. If you can't it's no big deal, but if it's no trouble, I'd love to know... Thanks again...

I should say I was surprised they got married in Scholes, quite out of the area of all the Lomax's, although in the end they did end up in Bryn,, So many generations of Lomax's lived between Pemberton / Park Lane and Bryn...

Also,getting married age 33 and 29 was pretty old for those days, wasn't it ? !
