Places   (Help with places, streets and buildings in Wigan.)

John, ive seen recent activity around moor lane farm, the courts have stopped him dumping waste be it inert or whatever, i personally cant see any building permission being given around there, the spoil from cutting the M6 in the 50s is riddled with methane gas etc. just saying
