Places   (Help with places, streets and buildings in Wigan.)

Moor lane farm off downall green road has seen some activity recently a local Councillor is onto this, The fields adjacent to this Farm are the spoil and rubble from when they cut the M6 in the 50s, i personally cant see any building activity be authorized on that land.
