Places   (Help with places, streets and buildings in Wigan.)

I heard recently that there seemed to be some activity (noises heard about a week ago ) in the fields of Mill Farm / Moor Lane Farm, possibly related to the gigantic solar farm that's been given the go ahead, either that or more illegal dumping of stuff at Moor Lane Farm.
Can Anyone confirm what's going on ?
