Places   (Help with places, streets and buildings in Wigan.)

Sir Bob, my best friend at the age of about 14 was Shelia Disley from Spring View.

She actually saved my life, I walked too close to the edge of a pond and fell in when the edge crumbled. It was deep. I couldn't swim. And she got me out.

We lost touch many years ago, but I do still think of her.

I wouldn't be here without her.
