Hi bri, spike phoned me and told me the take over by the new chap will not see club shut he is building a new club problably a little smaller than it is now, the bowling green will go for house development and one of the houses on rectory rd as it will not be wide enough when property has been built, he seems to think the new owner lives on Leyland green road, me and you both know who that is.
