Places   (Help with places, streets and buildings in Wigan.)

Janet, with my family history head on, I see that a VERONICA LOWE married BILLY SIMM in 1971. Now the only Billy Simm I know is in the building trade with Don Wakefield, based at Bryn Road.
Does either of these families ring any bells?
