Their camera malfunctions when the UFO is there

My first encounter with a UFO was over Red Rock in 1977, and it lasted about three seconds, I saw an orange thing up in the sky, whilst driving an owd Ml1 Ford Escort on a warm August afternoon, the drivers window was open, and as soon as I saw the dumbbell shaped object, and it was either very small or it was a long way up, you cannot tell because of the scale thing. I saw it and I instantly put me head out of the window, in case it was reflection on the windscreen, and it was still there, so I popped me head back in and looked through the windscreen, and it had gone, I am saying it was for three seconds, but it could have been only two seconds, and I could have missed it. it was flook that I saw it.
