Broady had a go at me and for no reason at all: I had posted about the expensive admission cost to watch some covers' bands. He called me vulgar names and with a very threatening attitude.
I pointed out his misguided assumption and his tendency for attacking in an unreasonable way. He began to get very nasty and extremely vulgar - which is not difficult to see as you have pointed out Broady's wording.
At the time, I believe that I had no idea who Broady was and I had never been in any discussion about anything with him.

Due to this kind of vulgar attitude, I chose to stop posting on a regular basis. I now only occasionally post and I have greatly considered closing my membership on a number of times.
There were a number of members I knew well from growing up in Wigan and these chose to leave this sight because of the nastiness and other negative remarks which became common.

For the people reading this, I have no wish to get into any strong discussion regarding certain issues as life is too short and it is far too easy to attack from behind a keyboard, which many members have become aware of and have been upset by.

You may ask tomplum and many other posters about my attitude. Many times I have contributed with seriousness and with knowledge. Also, I have tried to support many members and I have tried to lighten certain issues, which I did here in my earlier post.

More important than my reason for that particular word being used by a member of this site are the following questions:
- tomplum, do you find the words I posted offensive?
- letriclegs, what were your reasons for posting that link?
