The Palace refused to send him a wreath as he is no longer a working royal. Hence their own publicity stunt of placing flowers on two commonwealth servicemen's graves in the US one Canadian and an Australian I believe.

I fault no one for paying their respects in any way they can.

I haven't much time for them personally though.
