The only reason why some are saying that we should have stayed in the EU is because the political parties for whom they vote and the newspapers they read say so!

On issues like the EU, people should remember that in 1973, our country voted to join a Common Market on Trade, and not a undemocratic political organisation which is a gravy train for those involved in it.

A example of which, my Wife and I discovered when we went on a coach holiday to Switzerland and on the way out and return stayed for one night at the five star Swiss Hotel in Brussels. When I asked one of the drivers, why were we staying in a five star hotel and not the usual three star hotel, his reply was "The European Parliament is in recess. If it was sitting, you would not get anywhere near any of the many five star hotels in Brussels"

Where the EU is concerned, people need to think and see for themselves and not be led by others with their own agenda's and vested interests of why we should be in it!
