Its clearly not working and you very well know it! And don't blame covid like some folk do as covid has nothing whatsoever to do with it.
I personally thought the money PROMISED to the NHS would have softened the blow a bit. But thats never happened has it
Up to now I can't see any advantages. Weve gone backwards
