Eon make a monumental cock up and have took next months payment today for over a million customers. I am one of these customers and on phoning Eon get an automatic message to say there as been a IT Glick and every one will be refunded on the 29th Dec. They should refund everyone concerned plus interest . Read in paper how some customers will have no money over christmas because of this My contract with them ends on the 29th Jan and after being with them since Norweb days will be looking at other providers
