You are putting 2 +2 together and getting 12. Many alcoholics no longer dirnk and abstain foreverThey will remain alcoholics. .just like a smoker gives up cigs but will always remain a smoker. How do you know Kev's BAC at time of his accident caused his accident? You don't , you are making assumptions. The reason i mention i am in an military base is becaue the modern MOD is changing for better and reversing anthesis outdated opinions like yours for the better.
