It depends on as to why they are here, do they have an agenda, is there an Alien Agenda ?

They obviously don't want folk watching them, and if they are time travellers from our own future, it will be very important for them not to interact with anything from this time, or else a temporal paradox could occur, which could cause a time quack, and destroy their own future, if they killed a mosqueeto, which did not give someone malaria, and that someone did not die, then that could cause history to be changed, hence the time quake, a UFO could travel back to the future, to find that they never came here in the first place, because they never existed in the future
