If as you claim. you want to encourage new members see more participation and generally see this forum grow you need to stop being part of the problem and start being part of the solution.

If Baz is such a problem just ignore him, but the hard fact is you (and your acolytes) cant and never will. Baiting him has become a compulsion with you........take a step back and look at yourself. You think you are better, superior amusing, the star of the show etc but you aren't...........truth is and in a way, its nothing short of sad.
