Nearly sorted. I went to my local branch and this is the procedure :-

You need to order a new non Contactless card.

Your current card will remain the same until you get your new card and temporary pin number.

When your new card arrives take both cards to your branch where they will cancel your old card.

Then you will need to use the ATM to re-set your pin number.

So I will be back to chip and pin shortly and if you are behind me in a shop queue - sorry for holding you up.
