Thanks for the information. I went online on the Santander site this morning for perhaps the second time this year but could not find any details.

My mobile phone is an old one i.e. no apps etc.

If I don't find anything I will have to make my annual visit to Santander in Wigan town centre a bit earlier than usual. I have not been since lockdown started last year.
