You would think if these cards are so open to fraud and risky to use they wouldn't have become universally accepted across the whole world. No banks would issue or recognise them, billions of people wouldn't have one in their pocket, no one would accept them over the phone and every commercial outlet would refuse to accept them as a means of payment............strange thing is.....its not the case, in fact its the complete opposite!!
