If you use contactless I doubt very much the transaction would be accepted if there was no money in your account GB. As for 10 transactions
I think any bank would be suspicious if that happened. If you have never made 10 transaction close together, which is what a fraudster would try to do, the bank would stop payments until you verified it was you.
