I am not thinking of putting a crust on it, but saying that yoo have got me thinking about it now, so if I just put a crust on, I tend to use suet pastry it is easier to make, and if used with self-raising flour, it seems to make a much lighter pastry
I will tell yoo what I could murder at the moment, and that is a custard, I have not had one for ages, but saying that the ones I have had, have no sugar in them, and they have tasted awful, I mean a custard is only small, so why cut down on the sugar.
