its works like this, the gov't are handing out billions in furlough , benefits , NHS overtime and sick pay, they need some sort of revenue, The people flouting are the people taking advantage of it, The compliant people are the ones who abide and care so, The people who don't give a toss but claim the furlough and go out picnicking, Should pay, and rightly so,
