Just finished watching a TV programm Dalziel and Pascoe and in 1 scene Dalziel had to get in a car between 2 senior police officers on the back seat, now ths car was moving but at no time did any of the 3 put on a seat belt, and Ive noticed this quite a few times. Now is this for technical reasons or are they allowed to flaunt the law to suit themselves.
