Empress, I hope you manage to fill your cup a little after seeing it It's definitely an eye opener and Trish if you've seen it, you can understand where i'm coming from regarding the whole process. I've experienced so many magical things in my life and the best advice I was given as a child was, "think positive" and that was way before 'the secret' was produced/released. Let me share a story with you:
I manage a retail store and a customer stated to one of my reps that he's always happy and never stops smiling - she sounded as though she begrudged him that pleasure. Anyway, he in turn replied that he does it because it makes him feel good and it releases a lot more endorphines in his brain - he's smart As I observed this interaction, I heard the woman say, "yeah but some people are happy being miserable, that's just the way it is"! I was a little surprised by her comment but also curious. Can anyone really be happy, being miserable? Is there research on that? Mentally and physically, that can't be true can it?
