the problem is just not local its everywhere,,im a ex wiganer myself ..i see it everyday kids havin nothing to do ..all they do is gather around in groups and drink alchol..but saying that they have more things 2day than when i was younger.we didnt have mob phones pc,s playstations ..i sound ancient dont i .but when i was younger you would find other things to amuse you
