In tonight's Downing St conference , Matt Hancock Praised the police for stepping in and fining the flouters by saying,
By all means go to exercise But stay local and stay 2 metres apart from the one person you are allowed to meet, drinking coffee is an act of socializing and not exercise, So I don't think refunds will be forthcoming,
