Go take a break and give your eyes a rest...and brain. Can't be good sat there all day in the dark staring at a screen. Have you no male friends to talk to or mix with, you're turning into the local fishwife gossiping on here all hours of the day. Go for one of your walks and take John with you, he could do with some fresh air and hair, hold him tight though he's a weakly sort.
